These terms apply to eatradepilot.com and the TradePilot EA ("TradePilot", "we", "us"). By creating an account, paying for a plan or running the EA you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. The service
TradePilot is an Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5. A subscription gives you a personal copy of the EA, compiled for you and licensed to the MT5 accounts you register, for the length of your plan. The EA checks its licence online, so it needs an internet connection and the WebRequest setting described in the installation guide.
TradePilot is software. We don't hold your money, open accounts for you or trade on your behalf: you choose the broker, the account, the settings and when the EA runs.
2. Not financial advice
TradePilot is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website, in the EA or from our support is financial, investment or trading advice, and no profit or result is guaranteed. Trading leveraged products can lose you more than you deposit. Read the Risk disclosure before you trade.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and allowed to trade where you live.
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication. You're responsible for everything done with your account.
- The service isn't available in every country. We may refuse or close an account opened from, or used in, a country we don't serve.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- Plans and prices are shown on the pricing section and at checkout. A plan runs for the number of days shown, starting when your payment is confirmed.
- Payment is in USDT (TRC20 or BEP20) through our payment provider. An order is paid once the full amount is confirmed on-chain. Send the exact amount on the network shown: payments sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be lost and can't be recovered by us.
- Plans don't renew automatically. Renew before the end date to keep the EA running without a gap.
- We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a period you've already paid for.
5. Your licence
- Your EA file is licensed to you, for the MT5 accounts registered on your subscription. You may change accounts from your dashboard, up to the number of swaps your plan allows each period.
- You may not share, resell, rent or publish the EA file, or try to decompile it, remove or get around the licence check, or run it on accounts that aren't licensed.
- When a plan ends the EA stops opening new trades but keeps managing open positions. When you renew, it continues without a new file.
- A file is revoked when it's replaced by a newer build of your subscription. We may also revoke licences that break these terms, without refund.
6. Refunds
Each EA file is built for you, so a delivered build can't be returned.
- Before your EA is built, you can ask for a refund of that order through Support.
- After your file has been built, payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it or where a fault on our side stopped the EA from working and we couldn't fix it.
- Approved refunds are paid in USDT to a wallet address you give us. Blockchain network fees may be deducted. Refunding an order removes the days it added.
7. Referral rewards
- You earn credit when people who sign up with your link make their first payment, and a smaller share when people they invite pay. The current rates are shown in your dashboard.
- Credit can be used on renewals or withdrawn in USDT once it reaches the minimum shown.
- Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts and other abuse aren't allowed. We may cancel rewards that come from them and close the accounts involved.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the website, licence server and EA running, but we can't promise they'll be available without interruption or errors. We may update the EA, change features or stop the service. If we stop the service, we'll give notice and refund the unused days of active paid plans.
9. Limitation of liability
You use TradePilot at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses, lost profits, or losses caused by your broker, your internet connection, your computer or VPS, MetaTrader 5, or market conditions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Account. Deleting it cancels active plans and stops your EA licences, without refund. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
